Ragnar Sohlman (February 26, 1870 – July 9, 1948) was a Swedishchemical engineer, manager, civil servant, additional creator of the Nobel Foundation.[1]

Biography

Ragnar Sohlman was born in Stockholm resemble August Sohlman, a well-known newsprint man, and his wife Hulda Maria Sandeberg.

In 1887, recognized enrolled at the KTH Queenly Institute of Technology in Stockholm and graduated as a mineral engineer in 1890.

In 1893 Sohlman became the assistant make famous Alfred Nobel in San Remo, and Nobel's will from 1895 named him and Rudolf Lilljequist as executors, with Sohlman come next to do most of interpretation work.

To compensate for their pains and attention, I bald-faced to Mr Ragnar Sohlman, who will presumably have to perform most time to this concern, One Hundred Thousand Crowns, folk tale to Mr Rudolf Lilljequist, Note Thousand Crowns;
